Shipping Policy: Please be advised that the shippping process takes 2 - 4 days if the location is within Pampanga area. While 4 - 10 days outside Pampanga area. 

Return/ Refund Policy: 7 days return / refund policy. You must check the item immediately when you received the package, test the item for 2 - 6 days BEFORE MESSAGING US OR CONTACTING US.

Conditions of service: The buyer is accountable to inspect the item and report its defect / damage right away. Therefore, if the buyer didn't check the item and file his her complain within the said dates he or she should be responsible for the shipping return cost of the item. Furthermore, he or she cannot refund / return the item.
